Omega is a registered charity dedicated to reducing social isolation and loneliness.
They offer Chatterbox, a free telephone befriending service and Letterbox, a free penpal befriending service.

Shropshire Choices
Shropshire Choices work with the council to provide advice and support on a range of adult social care issues. They can work with you if you want to be more independent, get out more, or are leaving hospital. They can also work with carers.
Money Advice
As you get older it is a good idea to think about your finances. What extra help you could get, how to protect yourself from scams, and how you may fund care. These resources have many useful guides.
