Shropshire IAPT
Supports people with mild to moderate mental health issues such as anxiety or low mood.
You can call 0300 123 6020 to self refer.
Shropshire Mind
Shropshire Mind run a number of different support groups and sessions for people struggling with their mental health.

Provide social care assessments for people with mental health difficulties. Also offer signposting and other services.
You can call 01743 255895 or attend one of their hubs around the county.

Drugs, Alcohol & Addiction
Shropshire Recovery Partnership covers the whole of Shropshire, with a base in Shrewsbury and satellite hubs in Oswestry, Bridgnorth and Ludlow. They support people with drug or alcohol problems or if you are concerned about someone who does.
Services include:
  • individual 1-2-1 work with a keyworker

  • group work sessions

  • access to detox and rehabilitation services

  • needle exchange services

  • clinical services

  • criminal justice interventions

  • Young Addiction; a dedicated young peoples service for 10-18 year olds.
